  • Subscriptions: You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. After 7 days, you can cancel your subscription to avoid future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
  • Individual Courses/Lessons: You are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course/lesson content.
  • Bundles: Refunds for bundles are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific bundle and the amount of content accessed.
